How can I place an order through the online shop?

An obligation-free one-time registration is required before you can place an order. A free customer account is created, linked to your provided email account for the easy check-out of your purchases. Once you are registered you can login at anytime using your email address and password.

To order, find the product of your choice in the shop, select the appropriate size and click on the ‘add to cart’ button. You will automatically be directed to your cart, where you can choose to ‘continue shopping’ or click on ‘proceed to checkout’ to finalise your purchase.

The checkout page consists of three sections:

  • In the first section, fill in your billing address. If you want your order to be delivered to a different address, uncheck ‘Deliver to this address’. Additional fields will appear where you can fill in the delivery address. Control both addresses to ensure that the package will arrive at the correct destination.
  • Specify your preferred shipping method in the following section.
  • Select your preferred payment method in the final section.

You will see a summary of your purchase(s) listed beneath the shipping and payment sections.

Please read our terms and conditions and terms of revocation carefully before proceeding with your order. By placing an order on you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

When all fields are correct and complete, click on ‘Place order’ to start payment. Depending on the payment method, further steps may be required in order to complete your purchase.

We will provide order confirmation once we receive your payment. This will be sent to the email address provided in your registration. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is sent for delivery. Please keep an eye on your junk filter, sometimes our messages can get caught there.

When and how will I receive my order?

Your order will be processed and shipped to you within 2 business days. We will email a track and trace code to you when your package leaves our warehouse. You can follow the progress of your shipment using this code, from our store to your door.

What payment methods are available??

You can pay for your order in the following ways: PayPal (INT), Creditcard (INT), SOFORT Banking (EU), SEPA transfer (EU), Giropay (DE), EPS (AT), iDEAL (NL), Bancontact (BE). We do not charge extra for any of these payment methods. We take your security very seriously so rest assured that your payment details are always safe with us.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we also offer the following payment method for Germany, Austria, The Netherlands and Belgium: Pay Later. Can I place an order by phone?

Unfortunately not. You can however place an order directly through our webshop.

Can I reserve products in the online shop?

Your articles will be reserved as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

Am I obliged to buy a product when I add it to the shopping bag?

You can freely add and remove products to and from the shopping bag at any time. A list of your selected products appears before you proceed to payment. The products are only considered as purchased once payment is complete and confirmed.
